Returns

New Cars: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for new cars. However, if you encounter any issues with your new car, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Used Cars: If you are not satisfied with your used car purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The car must be in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Spare Parts: If you receive a defective or incorrect spare part, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The part must be unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
